After 5 minute Presentation.?

Q: In what way did the first interview affect your presentation?  Please explain, be specific and use an example.
A: My first interview was helpful in giving me a broader idea of what exactly family practice is. I was able to give my audience a concrete definition of family practice due to my first interview.

Q: What would you say stood out about your presentation performance and why?
A: I had solid information about the differences between private practice and group practice. My visual simple and straightforward which I believed helped me out.

Q: What was the most challenging to do and why?
A: For me, what I found quite challenging was trying to stay within the time period of 3 to 5 minutes and being able to get your point across. Because we were so limited in time several presentations were rushed.

Interview.?

I will be interviewing Dr. Ferras, my medical doctor. I will be interviewing Dr. Ferras because my topic is family practice; therefore, I believe I would get the best information from her. Additional questions that I will be asking are...

1. I am taking classes at Cal Poly, are there any specific courses you would recommend I take so that it could push into the right direction of family practice?

2. How many years of schooling did you have to go through after high school?

3. Is there anything you wish you could of known before hand? Or is there anything that you would of done differently?

4. Did you always know that you wanted to be a medical doctor? If not, what did you want to do before? If so, why?

5. Through all of the studying and hard work what motivated you to keep going?
6. How many hours a week do you work?

Topic.?

What is your topic? Why? And what do you hope to accomplish after studying this topic all year?

My topic is family practice also known as a medical doctor. I love helping people, dealing with little kids, and being able to comfort a friend; therefore, I decided to focus on family practice for my seionr project. Knowing that I can make a difference in someone's life is a great feeling!
In the future I would love to become a doctor and given the opportunity to research it now would only benefit me.

I hope that I can research this career more in depth to get a feel for what my future will be like.
